If your pictures aren't in any album, Place 500 pictures in every single album, and download them. Takes time, only better.
Don't place more rhan 500 pictures in the albums, considering then you won't be able to download them!

Flickr breaks stores upward to 500 images per aught file, so it would be 290 ZIP files in the full account download. Some automatic tool would need to be used to grab all these ZIP files and keep retrying those that will fail.

Batch downloading 145,000 images in one become is non going to piece of work on any arrangement, not just Flickr. Your best bet is to attempt the Flickr options or the third party alternatives mentioned above. Whichever you cull will generate hundreds of zipped files, merely that is amend than 145K individual files.

At upper right, click your icon and then click Settings.
On Setting page at lower right click "Request my Data".
Within a few days Flickr will email you a link to cypher files for downloading.
I have used this and it works.
The zip files downloading will take time, depending on your internet connectedness.
